Is this a bug?

In using Windows Mail as a newsgroup reader, down in the lower left side
very bottom there used to be a counter of sorts stating how many messages
there is and how many left unread. It's no longer there! However, in
clicking on any of the mail folders, it does appear for mail count messages.
Is this oddness normal or a bug?

Its a bug, mine looks fine. Either that or make sure you have not got a
tick in "mark all messages as read when leaving newsgroup".
 
Thanks, it's back now after a reboot.
I'll see if it sticks...if not I'll report it as a bug.

Hmmmmm it's gone again.
Must be a bug.
I'll report it but please ALL, report this bug if you also have it.
