Is there are way to resize a PDF file using VB.Net?

I need to resize a PDF file from 3.69 x 2.19 to 3.58 x 2.08. Is there
a way to do this in VB.Net? If so, example code would be appreciated.

From the lack of response, I am guessing this cannot be done at this

time through the .Net framework. If so, are there any plug-ins?
