Is there any way to use categories on an exchange server?

I need to be able to have the categories follow a user from his outlook. He uses several systems at his work and home and each has its own categories list. Is there any way to have outlook copy a users category to the exchange server and make those categories available to his outlook profiles regardless of what system he uses? His secretaries are also in need to sort his contacts by category, can they share his category list?

The right way to do this is with a Windows roaming profile, since the master
categories list is stored as part of the user's Windows profile. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.htm for category-sharing ideas.

Hi

Have a look at www.olcat.com. OLCat allows you to apply a list of categories
to all computers in a workgroup.
