hi, guys

Is there any way I can use group policy to let a regular users to
change my network connection component? I need to enable or disable the
TCP/IP protocol for a connection with a regular user, but now, I only
can do it by administrator.

Hi Nick,

If your clients are XP you need to add them to Network Configuration
Operators Local group.
You can do that thru GPO Restricted Groups or a startup script that add a
domain users or groups to a local group.
