I had posted a couple days ago the problem of emails in Outlook with
more than 4 recipients (and sometimes less than that) not being
received by recipients. I had run the email troubleshooting program in
Outlook that gives the results in OPMLog.log file and Brian (thank you
very much!) interpreted the results that the ISP (in this case Road
Runner) was receiving the email but delivering it.
However, I have hit an absolute brick wall at time warner, no one will
deal with the problem. I've escalated it up the chain of command and
everyone gives the same robotic answer (without looking at the
OPMLog.log results) that "we don't support Outlook".
Does anyone know of a broadband supplier that does "support" Outlook?
