Is there any addon to enhanced the spamfilter?

Hello,
I don't know exactly what this addon should do, but the current way is not
really comfortable, the spamfilter from GMail, Hotmail or my ISP give better
results.
Most of the time I must search in the mail for some words, create a rule
"Move to folder Junk if the text contains XYZ", but 40% of the mails not
match this rules. In most cases I can't add the domain too, because its
neither a free eMail service like yahoo.com or adress es like microsoft.com

Yes I know, there are some externals apps, but if would be nice if there was
any kind of addon for Outlook 2007.

After some days with this spambayes filter, I wnat to report that it
works very well. Easy to configure, easy to use and no Spam anymore.
Some very little problem with this envelope in the tray for new mails,
sometimes it appaers for spam messages too, but thats the only
"mistake" I have found yet.
