Help, I installed an update from Logitech, for my USB
optical mouse. I am running Windows 2000 Pro. After the
Logitech install was done it said to reboot the system,
so I did. Boy I wish I would never have done that. I had
turned on the option for a user to press ctrl-alt-delete
to get to the logon screen. Well guess what after the
Logitech install was done, I get to the screen where it
says press ctrl-alt-delete and then nothing. The mouse
works great I click on the help link and then press ctrl-
alt-delete and it shows the keys working. So I tried a
different keyboard same thing. I have a PS2 101 keyboard.
Really the only thing I done before installing the
Logitech update was uninstall the mouse driver, shutdown
and switched the mouse to the other USB port. Then
rebooted, and got the blue screen of death. Since then I
cannot get past the ctrl-alt-delete screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
