Is there an easy way to map a site?

I need to redesign my department's Intranet sites, and I need to begin by
mapping the existing content. I've poked around in FrontPage, and although I
can generate a report, it doesn't show me the structure, and I can't export
it to Excel. Is there a way of mapping the content, other than doing it
manually?

Thanks in advance!

You can try Navigation view or Hyperlinks view but in general the answer to
your question is No.

The problem is that most sites have many links form page to page other than
what you consider "main menu" or "site heirarchy" links, and all those other
links mess up any sort of mechanically-derived chart.
