Is there an easy way to connect Project and Outlook?

I have Outlook business Contact Manager and use it to connect to the
Accounting program. I need a project management program that will allow me
to have 100's of tasks associated with a particular job - BUT it needs to
move easily to Outlook for calendering, and later to Small Business
Accounting for payment.

Is this possible in Project?

Hi Beth,

yes, you can easily integrate Microsoft Outlook appointments with Project
Server. This enables you to track all your tasks for one job (= project) in
Microsoft Project and to see each task splitted into individual appointments
in the Outlook calendar. You can also change the appointments in Outlook and
the tasks will be updated in Project Server as well. You can then retrieve
the data from the Project Server database and bill against the effort.
