is there an auto punctuation insert like the auto spell

I need to know where or if there is a place or free download that will
automaticly place in the correct punctuation when typing documents or just
sentences.
 
I don't see how a program could do the punctuation for you. It would seem
too complex a task. I guess you could try googling for such a program (but I
suspect you would only find consultants who offer to proofread your
documents for a fee).
