Note: Spyware removers are rules-based and are updated very frequently as and when new malware is discovered. Therefore, update both of these tools before scanning, very important.

Quick Solution to remove the unwanted toolbars: Download Toolbarcop from
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/toolbarcop.htm and run it. Remove the unwanted toolbar entry. Also, from the Options menu, click "Increase Security level for Internet Zone (Internet Explorer)".

I'm looking for a app to remove the IBIS toolbar. I've seen the
instructions for how to do it by hand and I don't feel like spending 30+
minutes doing it.
