Is there a worldwide HTTPS problem today?

I cannot connect to my online banking site or to my amazon.com account. Is
there a worldwide problem? I am getting the identical result in IE 6, Opera
7, and Netscape 7.1.
I got my computer back Tuesday from the shop, where the power supply was
replaced, and this behavior began that day. I'm wondering if it's my
computer or the worldwide system.

Anybody have an idea? Anyone having similar problems?

I have two that are freak-n 1 with http problems and the other will
not download anything but does browse my prior post:
ie quits browsing ie erratically

I think now that it's my Norton Internet Security application that's causing
my problem. Good luck with yours!
