Is there a way to undo a File Save and get your original back?

I have overwritten a file using "File Save". Is there any way to retreive my
original file before I saved over it? Thanks.
 
No.

Well, maybe if your online web is more current than your local copy..if
you're working locally and Publishing to the online server that is...then
you could Publish back to your harddrive I guess. You'll still might have
lost something though.

If you were working "live" it's gone.
