Is there a way to sychronize outlook between office and home?

I have outlook at the office on a network and at home on a standalone pc...
is there someway to sychronize the two? I was told at work just to access the
one there from the internet, but it would be nice to have it resident on my
computer here.
 
Can you check with your office if you can setup an Offline Folders file at
home?
 
Perhaps.... but is there a way to synchronize the two so that if I add things
at home it updates my office and if I add it to the office it updates my
home? Connecting to the internet to do so, of course.
 
I guess I don't know how to do this then. I tried setting up a folder using
the help instructions, but couldn't figure out how to then access that folder
from home and vice versa.
