I like to monitor my kids activities on the web and having
to check a whole mess of folders gets rather monotonous.
Is there a way to reduce the # of folders to 3 or 4? whenever
i clear them out and delete all but 4, they are recreated using
a different randon foldername...(ie-0LQJWHIB)

thanks in advance...

The structure of TIF is determined by the operating system. The four
folders you are seeing are an illusion.

Moreover, TIF is a very poor way to monitor your children's activities
on the internet. It doesn't correctly show where your kids have been and
was not designed to monitor users' activities.

You need parental control software.

The number of folders is controlled by the size you have TIF set to.
Up to 25 MB - 4 folders
25 to 50 MB - 8 folders
50 to 75 MB - 12 folders
etc. I recommend 50 MB as the best performance setting.
