Is there a way to setup so people can only log in during business
hours? I don't want my employees coming in during weekends or evenings
to "steal" information. Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliance.

Here's a way if you are not using active directory Note: this will not log
off an account that is already logged in.

If you're not in a domain and need to force user logoff, you may want to look at 3rd party software.

http://www.fspro.net/aboss/ is one example. A search at http://www.google.com for limit computer logon hours will return more products. Note: I do not recommend any specific program.
