Is there a way to retrieve a meeting that has been deleted?

I accidentally deleted a meeting scheduled on my Outlook calendar, and I'm
trying to figure out which meeting it was. Is there a way to retrieve this
information. I have Microsoft Outlook 2003

Did you look in your deleted items folders? (Use Search or sort by the icon
field.)
