Hello,

Is there a way to limit specific users to only browse to specific sites?

Other users will have unlimited access.

We utilize access to the Internet via a USR8200 router attached to our
LAN/WAN that also runs Win2000 server.

Hi,

Yes, there exist several ways to do what you wish :-)

Windows 2000 comes with a feature called group policy. You should be able to
configure it to allow specific users access to limited sites (i.e. only trusted
sites / selected sites).

I'm not too familiar on how it is done, however, you may find the following
