Is there a way to import a works database (.mdb) into Outlook?

I have a rather large database in Microsoft Works (.mdb) that I want to
import into Outlook 2003 which I just installed. I can't seem to find a way
to do that. I used the suggestion on the FAQ but when I get to selecting the
file, the Works db is not listed as a choice. Any ideas?

Select MS Access as your input source in Outlook. The .mdb file extension is
commonly known as an MS Access database but in fact is created via the
"Microsoft Jet Engine" which MS Access employs (and where Jet was originally
introduced). Unless you have a really old .mdb format - you should be all
set. How can you tell? Just try using it Outlook and if it works - not an
issue and doesn't matter.

In future, it's advisable to always state the version of ANY product you are
using with respect to the question you're asking. Will result in more
accurate (and likely faster) answers.
