There are a thousand variations on this, but the easiest solution is to
create an animation-based pseudo-analog clock.
1) Open a new presentation
2) Add a large circle (24 hours countdown circle)
3) Add an EXIT Wheel animation
4) Adjust the settings to:
Spokes = 1
Start = with previous
Repeat = x3 (3 days)
Speed = 86400 (24 hours times 60 minutes times 60 seconds)
5) Add a smaller circle (minutes circle) & change the fill color
6) Add an exit wheel animation
7) Adjust the animation settings to:
Spoke = 1
Start = with previous
Repeat = 72 (there are 72 hours in 3 days)
Speed = 3600 (60 minutes times 60 seconds)
8) Add an even smaller circle (seconds circle) & change the fill color
9) Add an exit wheel animation
10) Adjust the animation settings to:
Spoke = 1
Start = with previous
Repeat = 4320 (4320 minutes in 3 days)
Speed = 60 ( 60 seconds)
This will reduce the circles thru 3 full cycles. It does not allow for:
interruptions
restarts
slow processors
Start with the concept and run from there.
