Is there a way to force a page to be reread so it won't pull out an old copy from cache?

I am updating my website sometimes twice a day as I receive new stories from
fluoroquinolone victims.

Is it possible to force the browser to grab the updated page rather than the
page in cache?

I've been poking around and haven't been able to find the mechanism to tell
the browser to get the new page...
