is there a way to easily tag or identify a specific slide in a la.

I have a large presentation that I am updating and I do not have information
to update all the slides in one session. Is there a way to mark or tag the
slides that I have not updated and keep them in the order that I have them
now?

You could add comments to the slides that are awaiting updates - they won't
show in slide show mode if you have to use the presentation in the meantime.
If you need info on how to add/navigate comments, post back with your
version.
