Is there a way to change the user account rights?

We have recently demoted users from admin to user. So far everything
seems fine, except for one application that needs access to a folder
on the C Drive. We are in a NDS, not Active Directory, environment
and cannot grant the rights on the local machine to that one folder/
directory.

Does anyone now how to get around this? I cannot put the application
on my server because it requires USB keys and must be run locally. I
could promote the two users in question to power users, but would
prefer not to.

Any ideas would be great.

Thanks...Dennis

Why can't you grant the users rights to the single folder? Having a
Novell LAN shouldn't affect that, at all.
