Is there a way better than Password

I'm looking for a way better than setting password on MDB files,
There are lots of programs to recover access databse,
I need a stronger way.
What is your suggestion?

To protect the data from non-users put the MDB file in a secured share on the
network.

To protect the data from users don't put it in an MDB file. Anything you do
with an MDB file is merely a barrier to people who are not very well informed.

But I developed an application, it loads its data from a mdb file,
I've to distribute the mdb file beside the application.
The application should work offline and I can not put the mdb on the
internet.
I want to rename mdb file, and set a password, but genius users
will find the file and its password.

Any idea?
