Hi,
Is there a user editable css file that ie uses for its default style? If so
where is it?
Thanks.

Not sure this is exactly what you're after but it will get on the right track.

Thanks Silj thats what I was looking for.
I think IE has build in css styles that it doesn't expose in the form of a
file that user can eidt. Rather, it allows you to include an external css to
override its own styles. I also wanted to know what styles does IE use by
default but can't find that info.
