Is there a simple way of sending my entire Contacts list?

Hi all

I wish to send my entire contact list from MS Outlook 2003 to someone else
using the same program. Is this possible? If so, how is it done?

Export the contacts to a PST file using the File menu > Import & Export
command. Mail that file to the other user and have them import it.
