Is there a shortcut for drag in excel

You often need to replicate the function you just did in the last cell. This is normally done by pointing the cursor on the lower right corner of the cell, and a little black cross appears. Then the function can be copied to the cells below, above, to right or left, by dragging the little cross with the mouse

I find it tediuos that I have to use the mouse for this action (now that I have become accustomed to shortcut keys)
Is it not possible to use the arrow-keys in combination with another key to do this

- CTRL+V to insert the formula into a new cell
