When I right click a document to "Send to" the CDR I also have an option to
send to a blue tooth device

Is that part of windows? I've also installed .net framework 2.0, would that
have done it? I'm looking for a way to turn that off.

What about XP PRO SP2?

I'm looking for a way to keep people from using it (if it is there) can be
to much of a secruity hole to worry about

Then turn it off. If your PC is equipped with a BT radio, it can be
disabled with the Device Manager.
