Is there a runtime exe to allow friends to view on TV or XBox?

It would be great to play a photo show on the TV monitor using standard
devices that are normally conneted to a TV, such as a DVD player or Xbox
system. Few homes have a computer connected to a TV.

There are lots of good programs out there that are not related to
runtime.exe but that allow you to play your photographs as a slide show on a
TV, or are you only interested in a *runtime.exe* type program?(I don't know
of any like that)
