P Pat Garard Jan 6, 2005 #2 G'Day Rick, Try this: In Calendar, switch to the "Active appointments" view. Sort by start date ascending File>Print>(Table Style)>Preview.... If this is close to what you want, customise that view, or create a new one from a copy of it (View>Current View>Define Views).
