Windows XP Is there a program I can download to compress PDF files?

This question probably isn't for this forum but I thought someone might know.

I have a PDF file that is 250MB, and I need to email it, so it needs to be compressed to 10MB.

Does anyone know I can do this?
 
if you zipped or made it into a rar archive i dont think you'd get anywhere near it but there is a program called KGB archiver that can compress stuff down to rediculously small sizes but it takes ages to do it

if you did make it into a rar or a zip you'd more than likely need to make split archives and send multiple emails

It would be quicker to put it on a CD and post it. :)
