There is a COBOL.NET which id put out by Fujitsu. You can find it at
(watch for line wrap):

As for PHP.NET, I am not too familiar with it, but it seems more like a
framework, as opposed to a language (or a combination). If this is the
case, then I wouldn't count on it. Rather, I would just use ASP.NET with
one of the .NET languages.
