Is there a password form that allows users to see hidden pages

I'm a novice at building web sites and I would like to build others a web
site on my own web site but not hide them, but have them put in a password to
see their on web site in the proccesss of being built. But just their no
someone elses. Is there a simple way of doing this? Anyone have any ideas?
 
Your web host must allow you to create subwebs with unique permissions
