Is there a newsgroup for Explorer 7 ?

I know I should post this in Explorer 7 newsgroup,
but can't find it.

where does 7.0 put web cookies & temp files?
Does not appear to be same location as Explorer 6

The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
