Is there a netmeeting option for XP

I am looking for an option to be able to join netmeetings with my clients. I
am running Windows XP with SP3. When I look up net meeting on the main
microsoft site I can only find the one that works up to 2000. Where should I
be looking or is it buried somewhere in my XP version already?
 
It's preinstalled.

1: Click START then RUN

2: Enter "conf" without the quotes
