In Outlook 2003 group schedules, the 'lowest' level display is 50% (Weekly).
Is there a way to get a 25% (Monthly) view?
Is there a way to get a 25% (Monthly) view?
Diane Poremsky said:50% is the lowest in any versions.
Group schedules (and the scheduling assistant and plan a meeting) use a
timeline, not a normal monthly view. At most, you can see 2 - 3 weeks,
depending on the width of your window and resolution.
Outlook 2007 has calendar overlay so if you want to see everyone's meeting
in a month view you can open the calendars and overlay them. But it's not
Free/busy availability, which you get in group schedules.

How about in Outlook 2007? Is a month view of Group Schedules possible>
Rich McGillick said:Having the free/busy view on a monthly basis for our workgroup (10 people)
would be a remarkably effective tool for managing our group activities and
projecting when some members would have bandwidth to take on more duties.
Are there any third party vendors who offer an add-on to provide this
functionality?
