If anyone can help me tonight I'd much appreciate it. I am working on a
lengthy slide show for VBS and don't want to get it all done just to find out
it won't work. Need to know if there is a max amount of slides that you can
put into one presentation. Thanks. mel.

Hi Mel,

If you average a slide a second for a full hour long course (1*60*60 = 3600
slides) , you will not have come close to approaching the limit. Of course,
the audience will have walked out in disgust, with a headache; except for
those having epileptic episodes. Oh, and you will not be asked to speak
again, anywhere - ever.

I can't help but guess that this type of a theoretical question must be
rooted in a classroom somewhere. Think about it; in the real world, how
many slides are you likely to ever use in one speech?

The average hour long talk is about 4000 words, just to help you put that
number/time into perspective.
