is there a master calendar in outlook?

i am looking for calendar that can populate itself from other calendars in
Outlook. Is there a way to do this? like you can in Excel- have one tab as a
rollup of other tabs in a workbook.

No. Take a look at Group Schedules if you have 2002 or 2003.
