Is there a keyboard shortcut to Run a Query?

If I am in design view either creating a query or editing the design,
sometimes I want to test before saving. Is there a funtion key that I can
use to Run the query so that I can keep my hands on the keyboard?

Alt +v s That is hold down the Alt key and tap v then s.

Alt + v d to get back to design view.

Using either

Ctrl + , (comma) or Ctrl + . (dot/period)

or

Ctrl + Left Arrow or Ctrl + Right Arrow

should switch views on most object types.

The help file says Ctrl + . (dot/period) wont work under all
circumstances, but that might be due to keyboard/language/
regional settings issues.

I added the run icon to the customized ribbon and then all you have to do is hit the alt key and see the number that shows by the run icon and enter that number and the query will run. Ends a lot of keyboard to mouse movement.
