I have steps to create a one-slide version here, and you can download the example: http://www.ellenfinkelstein.com/powerpoint_tip_quiz_game.html PowerPoint for Teachers explains how to create the game in Chapter 8, and has a list of web sites that include PowerPoint games in Chapter 13.
