Is there a good source for finding out about pivot tables?

Hi,
I have been using Excel for many years but have never used the pivot table
function.
At a recent meeting, someone suggested using one as a way to "manipulate"
large amounts of spreadsheet-based sales data. I must say that I had no idea
what they were talking about.

Any ideas where to go on the web to find out more?
