Is there a function to covert numbers into text ?

Is there a function to convert a number, for example 23, into text, ie
twenty-three?

I have ExcelXP

I have downloaded the functions, but am having trouble getting the NBTEXT to
work. Have you any experience with this ? I keep getting the word one before
the figure, and it only works with numbers <100

Hi Roger,

I'm not familiar with NBTEXT, but I use ASAP utilities, a free download from
www.asap-utilities.com It has almost a plethora of utilities, one of which
is a number-->words converter, so it will convert 123 to One Hundred Twenty
Three Dollars and No Cents
