Is there a flag report in outlook?

Setting flags on different mails in different folders
doesn't really help to get organized. Is there something
like a summarizing report with all flags?
Can s.o. help?
 
You can create a Search Folder for this in Outlook 2003.
For other versions of Outlook do an Advanced Find and save the query
