Is there a decompressor / unpacker for Inno Setup?

I've downloaded this:

But since it's about 38 mb in size, it can't be submitted to VT. It
says it's been packed with Inno Setup:

Does anyone know if there's an unpacker or decompressor for this? 7-zip
can't do it.

The main executable (Super.exe - 833 kb) gives this at VT:
CAT-QuickHeal (Suspicious) - DNAScan
ClamAV PUA.Packed.PECompact-1

Another executable (DXdump.exe - 16 kb) gives this:
CAT-QuickHeal (Suspicious) - DNAScan
ClamAV PUA.Packed.TeLock
eSafe Suspicious File
SUPERAntiSpyware Trojan.Downloader-Gen/Numerology

The file ffmpeg.exe gives this:
ClamAV PUA.Packed.ASPack

Not sure what to make of this. Can't find much about Gen/Numerology.

DXdump is small enough that I should be able to say exactly
what it does if you want to upload it somewhere.

I renamed it from dxdump.exe to dxdump.xex before zipping.
