Is there a Database Template for general FILING

I am interested in setting up a database to log my office files. I would
like to include pdf of the files as attachments. Anyone know of a template ?

I have a free database that does that:

I can't remember if it does PDFs or not, but that is easily added to the
file types it searches for.
