Not Stamp Collection but there are a number of templates available from
Microsoft Web site:

In particular, there are DVD collection and Recipe collection you are likely
to be able to modify for your Stamp collection.

I have done one for my own use - very rough around the edges, and maybe
not totally debugged, but it works. If you would like to have a look at
it as a starting point, send me an E-mail (take out NO_ _SPAM), and I'll

For a free stamp database try worldcollector.eu you have to add the catalog details but allready has data on over 200,000 stamp with some images takes a little time to down everything but worth it in the end
