I can't say I ever heard that term. It sounds like some internal name or
lingo that a company made up (most companies over time tend to make up some
name for something that does not have a specified name!!). I remember a
company/client of mine had a report called "JASON". This report was part of
a program that I wrote..and the name "Jason" was actually the person who
originally the staff used to ask to generate this report. 8, or 9 years
later after Jason left..that report is still call Jason!!
Anyway, perhaps they are asking for a listing (print out) of all the queries
names, sql used, and perhaps all the report names?
However, in stead of everyone speculation...why not ask the person what they
mean? Simply ask the person what does the copy book mean? (when stuff like
this comes up.....just ask the person what they mean!!!...it makes life so
much more simple!).
anyway, in ms-access, you can generate all query and code, and forms and
reports lists by using the database documentation.
You can find it via:
tools->analyze->documentor.
Play around of some of the options in the "OPTIONS" TAB before you print and
kill a zillion trees and empty your printer tray of paper!
