addressed:

A: You should use Admin Tool to achieve this.
...the "Admin Tool" (which I assume is the Business Contact Manager for
Outlook 2007 Database Tool) allows you to: Create a new database, Share a
database, Backup a database or Restore a database.
Move a database was not an option.
Am I to backup the database and restore it in the desired location? Is
that
even possible? So far, BCM has been pretty stringent in terms of being
able
to choose the location for the database.
