Is Symantec completely retarded or what?

I have subscribed to their $25 home package for a year. I get an email
saying my renewal is up. OK, so I click on the renewal box and it asks me
for my email address. I type that in. It says I have no account there! It's
the same email address they just used to send me the reminder.

Anyone else had this kind of experience? Anyway I phoned my ISP and they
recommend using the free service from AVG, which I'll try.
 
I would have call for Symantec support instead...
 
using the free service from AVG>>>>> just remember that often you get what
you pay for. I used the free AVG until I found out that I had been hit
without AVG detecting it although I was doing daily updates and daily full
system scans.

So I gave up on them and went over to NOD32, never had a problem since.
