is subinacl defaulty in ntfs systems????

hi all

i need to know the SubInAcl.exe is readily availble in ntfs systems or
we have to download???

as per my knowledge we need to download and install manually. am i
correct ??

depends on this only im going to write codes.
plz help me

AFAIR, subinacl.exe comes with the Windows Resource Kit and is
downloadable from some Microsoft side. You could also use fileacl.exe -
it is much easier to use. You can get it from here:
